Helpful Tips for Seamless Shipping


Below are a few guidelines that will help expedite the shipping process.


1. Use your full name

Please ensure to use your full name as seen on your ID or Business License with the address below:

2. Email us a complete sales invoice

When your item arrives at our warehouse in Florida, you will receive an email from invoices@bfl.bs requesting an invoice. Please reply directly to that email with a copy of your SALES invoice. Bahamas Customs will only accept invoices which include a description of the items, the cost of the items, shipping, tax, and total amount. The invoice must also include the supplier name and address. This will ensure your items will be shipped right away as we are unable to ship items without an invoice.

3. Consolidation Tips

In order to ensure seamless consolidation, please use the following guidelines:

  1. Ensure all items are ordered in one full legal name – avoid using multiple names.
  2. If there are multiple items in one shipment (i.e. Amazon),  items will not be scheduled to ship until all items on the invoice have arrived at our Florida Hangar.  If you need a particular item urgently, please order it on a separate invoice.
  3. Large consolidations are cleared and delivered the day after shipping (Friday shipments delivered Monday).

4. Add BFL to your contact list

Please add info@bfl.bs and invoices@bfl.bs to your contact list to avoid emails going to junk mail or promotions.
